BENQ Joybook Laptop Overheat

When I was playing harry potter game, suddenly my laptop turned off. Likewise, when I'm playing ragnarok. My laptop turned off suddenly when I'm running some heavy applications. When I touch, My BenQ Joybook laptop feels hotter than usual. The wind out from the laptop ventilation was very hot too. Then, I opened google to find out why my laptop turned off suddenly. Apparently, the laptop turned off suddenly is a sign of laptop overheat. One of the most dangerous thing is overheated can cause damage to the laptop components such as VGA. If VGA is damaged, then we also have to replace the motherboard. Motherboard price is very expensive, about $ 300.

I also find out how to deal with laptop overheat. I am also looking for stories about the laptop overheat from other people who also use BenQ Joybook laptops. I also found some articles that discuss this issue. Some steps to prevent the overhead laptops include:
1. Installing notebook cooling fan under the laptop
2. Installing software that can increase the laptop's internal fan speed, for example speedfan.
3. Turn the air conditioner or fan in the laptop

I have conducted the first tips. Then, I also tried the second tips. Speedfan can monitor hard drive temperature and core temperature of a laptop. In addition, this software can also be used to set the laptop's internal fan speed. I use this software for a week but no improvement. The incident that made me more worried is the laptop suddenly turned off after my laptop on for 1 hour while application that runs only adobe reader. After the incident, I brought my laptop to a BENQ service center. A day later, my laptop was back to normal. Apparently, my laptop is only cleaned by qualified BENQ. Though already past the warranty period of 3 years, this laptop cleaning services is free of charge. Because of free of charge, I thought I should more often take this laptop to a service center to be cleaned.

Playing Online Poker Games

Poker is one of my favorite card game. When I was in high school, I often play this game during recess or when there is no lesson. Because of this game, me and some of my friends never punished for playing during lesson. At that time, we were art classes. Because, the classroom atmosphere allows for play. I and my three friends to play poker in the rear table.

Poker is not just any card game. In this game, we are required to be able to calculate all possibilities and probabilities. There are several combinations of cards that have a high value. If we can combine well card, any chance of winning will be high.

A few days ago, my computer is damaged. I borrowed my brother's computer. Because some favorite online games, such as ragnarok, not in the computer, I tried a few games online. I found a poker game can be played online. Game is called poker stars. The game is somewhat different from the game that I played poker with my friends. In poker stars, we can use PokerStars Bonus Code to follow a few tournaments. To be able to get PokerStars Bonus Code, we can find it via google. To get a bonus, we must create an account first. To create an account, we also need to enter PokerStars Marketing Code. We can get the code by searching on the internet.

Play Ragnarok at Zeus RO Private Server

Zeus RO Private ServerMore than two weeks I did not update this blog. A few days after watching the movie "New Moon", I was invited by my friend to come back to play ragnarok. I also followed an invitation from my friend to play ragnarok in Zeus RO. Incidentally, Zeus is a private server that is supported by telkom speedy.

I am really surprised by some changes in ragnarok game compared with ragnarok game when I was high school. Zeus Server has a very high rate. Base Exp and Job Exp rate reached 2000 times compared to the normal server. Item rate is also much higher than the Loki server. We can easily get a lot of cards in zeus server.

After a week of playing in private server ragnarok, I am interested to try using a bot program. With this program, we can raise the level or hunt for an item without having to sit in front of the computer. Our players executed automatically by a program. I am very interested to learn this program. Interest in the program to hunt OpenKore items in ragnarok game can make us very mad, in Javanese language means Gendeng. A few days ago, I found a trick that can run a bot program that can generate a lot of zeny. However, I heard that there is a new server. It was said that we could get some equipment and hundreds of millions of zeny if we play on that server during the open beta.

Turmeric Tamarind, fantastic pain relief from the Ancestral

Turmeric Tamarind fantastic pain relief
Long years ago, Curcuma domestica, which known as turmeric, often found in the yard. However, today we can not easily find these medicinal plants. The plant is very much beneficial. We can use its rhizome as food supplements and as medicine. We can also use the leaves as a vegetable. Substances contained in the rhizome are proved to have many health benefits.

Rhizomes of Curcuma domestica plants contain many curcuminoid compounds. This compound is an active substance that can be used as herbal medicine. There are three types curcuminoid contained in turmeric, they are curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and besdemethoxycurcumin. Curcumin is a compound that has antioxidant activity that is more powerful than the other two compounds. Meanwhile, besdemethoxycurcumin can inhibit the release of bile acids that make us feel full. This compound neutralizes the effect of curcumin which is able to increase our appetite.

Recently, the researchers looked turmeric to be used as a pain relief. Several studies have shown that curcuminoid in turmeric can reduce pain. Curcuminoid effect as a pain relief is not inferior when compared with the analgesic effects of some synthetic drugs such as peroxicam, an analgesic from the group Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammation Drug (NSAID). Several studies have shown that there was no significant difference between the pain reduction effects of NSAIDs and Curcuma. In fact, curcuminoid have more action points than NSAIDs in reducing pain. If NSAIDs relieve pain by inhibiting cyclooxigenase enzyme, curcuminoid can act more than that. Curcuminoid reduce pain through lipooxigenase and cyclooxigenase inhibition, inhibition of TNF-alpha production, and antioxidant properties which can reduce inflammation.

Analgesic from NSAID group had some terrible side effects. One side effect of NSAIDs is stomach bleeding. The effect is very frightening because it is hidden effects. Most people who consume NSAIDs do not feel the symptoms of stomach bleeding. However, when they examined more deeply, there are some bleeding in their stomach. In addition, NSAIDs also have adverse effects on the liver. This can be seen from the increase in some liver enzymes like ALT and AST after the consumption of NSAIDs.

Unlike the NSAIDs that cause side effects in the stomach and liver. Curcuminoid has a beneficial effect for stomach and liver. This secondary metabolites from Curcuma domestica does not cause stomach bleeding. This active substance is precisely to protect the stomach by inhibiting the growth of bacteria Helicobacter pylori, the bacterium that causes injury to the stomach. Curcuma also proven can protect liver cells from damage.

Long before the existence of studies on Curcuma, our ancestors already use turmeric as a pain relief drugs. Turmeric tamarind is used to reduce pain during menstruation period, which medically termed as dysmenorrhea. Why turmeric is taken together with the tamarind? In addition to creating a more delicious taste, it has the benefit of tamarind. Curcuminoid is a volatile substance. This substance is stable when it is in an acidic environment. The acidic environment generated by the tamarind will stabilize curcuminoid tamarind contained in turmeric. Tamarind also has the anesthetic effect that further increased the benefits of turmeric as a pain relief.

Are serum S100B proteins on patients with TBI important to be studied?

Traumatic brain injury is a lot of tragedies happened and major contributing cause of death and permanent disability. Each year, an estimated 0.3% to 0.5% of the world population suffered head injuries. Each year, from 1.4 million people affected by head injuries in the United States, 50,000 of them died, 235,000 people had to hospitalization, and 1.1 million should be treated in the emergency room. In fact, the productive age group between 15 to 24 years is the highest risk group.

According to Summers, et al (2009), motor vehicle accidents are the second largest cause of traumatic brain injury incidence in the United States in the year 1995 to 2001. Along with the progress of transportation, the incidence of head injuries also increased. According to the news from the department of health, the number of road accidents in 2003 reached 13,399 events with the number of deaths reached 9865 people, 6142 people suffered severe injuries and 8694 minor injuries. With data on average every day events occurred 40 traffic accidents that resulted in 30 people died. The majority of these accident victims also include the productive age group, i.e. between 15 to 40 years. The number of incidents of traffic accidents also continues to increase. Based on data from depkominfo, the number of accident cases in 2008 reached 18,000 and increased to 19,000 cases in 2009.

Traumatic brain injury is one of the many diseases that cause losses. More than a thousand people had to undergo hospitalization for head injuries. The number of people with head injuries ranked first of all hospitalized patients in RSCM. According to Wijarnaka Y (2005), traumatic brain injury is also the second ranked cause of hospitalization in Hospital Nursing Nugroho in the first quarter of 2005. Traumatic brain injury cases fall into 3 major cases most often handled in RSUP Dr. Sardjito (BNS, vol 4 No. 2 77-93, Feb 2003). During the years 2006, 1924 patients or 4.5% of the 28,609 patients who come in IRD RSUP Dr. Sardjito come because of traffic accidents. In fact, from the mortality data for the year 2006, from 194 patients who died, 44.9% caused by head injuries. Patients who died of head injuries were 81% a severe traumatic brain injury.

The high mortality rate, especially head injuries in severe traumatic brain injury patients, rapid treatment is necessary and appropriate in handling traumatic brain injury cases. The handling traumatic brain injury is determined by the type and degree of severity of head injuries. So far, the degree of severity of traumatic brain injury is determined by clinical examination and investigation. Investigations which have been used to determine the degree of severity of traumatic brain injury is the Computed Tomography scan (CT scan). However, the availability of CT-scan is very limited because the price is relatively expensive. In addition, a CT-scan was also considered less practical because it requires mobilization of the patient. This will be difficult if there are conditions that do not allow for mobilization. Because of the problems above, a CT-scan is not routinely done in the series.

Recently, examination of S100B protein was proposed to assess the degree of severity of head injuries. S100B proteins are protein in the cytoplasm and are involved in the regulation of several processes such as cell differentiation, progression, and cell cycle. This protein is a glial specific protein and is expressed primarily by astrocyte. In adult humans, this protein increased due to nervous system injury. This makes S100B protein can be used as a potential clinical marker.

S100B protein is released after brain injury and increased concentration in cerebrospinal fluid. In addition, the increases in permeability of BBB (Blood Brain Barrier) causes these proteins are released into the bloodstream so that levels are elevated in plasma / serum. (Willoughby et al, 2004 and Stocchetti, 2005).

As a biomarker, these proteins can be measured from serum or plasma both arteries and veins, are not affected by hemolysis, is stable within a few hours before the examination, has a sensitivity and high specificity to brain injury, is not affected gender and age, rapidly detected in the serum, and concentration indicates the extent of damaged tissue. . This protein positively correlated with the degree of head trauma and negatively with clinical output. This makes it a potential clinical marker (Korfias et al, 2006).

In several studies of protein S100B correlated with the degree of brain injury caused by encephalopathy for sepsis, central nervous system depression because respiratory depression by an overdose of benzodiazepines, extensive brain damage due to head injuries in autopsy cases, a long time that cardiac surgery causes hypoxia and depression central nervous system, and hypoxia in neonates.

Compared with CT scan, examination S100B protein is more practical because it does not require mobilization of the patient. S100B examination is also relatively more expensive than CT scan. Besides being invasive, examination of this protein is also very possible to be done in a serial examination.

Kinetics of serum S100B protein is very important to know because it can be used to determine when the right time inspection in monitoring disease progression, and to determine if the severity of the disease has been proven in a study. In addition, examination of serum S100B protein can also be used to monitor therapy and a series can be used to determine the prognosis of patients with head injuries. In cases of severe traumatic brain injury is expected kinetics information can be used optimally because of the need to handle these cases quickly and accurately.

Thrown away from Serunya Belajar SEO

Thrown away from Serunya Belajar SEO
Today I was very surprised when I saw the article Serunya Belajar SEO was not in the top 10 SEO contest organized by the Cosa Aranda. This morning, before leaving for college, I took time to check search engine ranking position. At that time, this blog was still in the top 10.

I saw one contestant has just published his article but the article can be darted into the first rank. I was amazed at that blog. I was trying to learn strategy used by the blog owner. I was shocked when I saw that article got many links from sites classified ads. Before, I thought links from text ads are not too useful because it can not write anchor text.

I also followed this strategy. To avoid the sandbox, I wrote about 5 free classifieds ads. Five links spread across multiple sites classified ads. Because there are lectures at 08.00 am, I was soon ready to go to college.

After I came home from college, I checked the results of the line advertising strategies. Search results at with keywords Serunya Belajar SEO really surprising. An article in this blog was thrown away on page 3. Meanwhile, a dummy blog articles which are rarely updated even get into the top 10.

I think Serunya Belajar SEO contest is really exciting. Support from you may be bringing a miracle. There is still a bit of hope to return to the first page even be ranked first. Please put a link to to support me in the contest Serunya Belajar SEO. Please, help me in learning SEO! Thanks, guys!

Vast - Thrown Away lyrics

There's a sun, there's a ground under my feet
There is almost nothing in between
Now I'm left like a flag atop a moon
Precious one, you have abandoned me

Oooh, so let me in
Because I'm out
I know that I am someone
No one said I was, no one said I was

Should I call you
Should I reach out?
It feels like chasing shadows in the night
Yeah let me in
Because I'm out
I know that I am someone
No one said I was, no one said I was, no one said I was

Thrown away, have I been thrown away?
Thrown away, have I been thrown away?

There's a sun, there's a ground under my feet
There is alomst nothing in between
Now I'm left like a flag atop a moon
Precious one, you have abandoned me

Oooh, so let me in
Because I'm out
I know that I am someone
No one said I was, no one said I was, no one said I was

Thrown away, have I been thrown away?
Thrown away, have I been thrown away?

How tea can prevent osteoporosis?

drinking tea prevent osteoporosis
Tea is beverages that accompany every food we eat. Sometimes, tea is a refreshing beverage opener when we got up early. This drink is also a loyal friend when we're tired or relaxed. Tea is also a heated atmosphere while we chatted with the family. Did you know that our habit of tea drinking is a lot of benefit? It turned out that tea can protect us from one of the most feared disease of post-menopausal women, namely osteoporosis. Tea has been medically proven to prevent osteoporosis, a disease which reduces bone density.

Some institutions have published several medical journals about how tea can prevent osteoporosis. In 2000, American Society for Clinical Nutrition published their findings on the effects of tea on bone density. The study was conducted to the elderly woman in Cambridge, United Kingdom. In 2003, American Journal of Epidemiology has published a journal that strengthens the previous findings. Object of research on this discovery is more extensive. The study involved a larger object. Both men and women involved in this research. Some ethnic is also involved in this study. In addition to the effects of drinking tea, the researchers also compared the amount of tea to drink with bone density.

The study showed that the increase in bone density associated with the level of tea consumption. People, who drink tea as much as 4 cups or more, will have an increase in bone density higher than those who drank about 2-3 cups of tea. So was what happened to the people who drink about 2-3 cups of tea a day. They have denser bones than nondaily tea drinkers. So, more and more consumption of tea will increase bone density.

Then how the mechanisms of tea in increasing bone density thus preventing osteoporosis? Actually tea contains beneficial substances or harmful bone density.

Tea also contains caffeine, a substance in coffee that has adverse effects on bone density. Although the caffeine content of the tea leaf is higher (2-3 percent vs.1 percent) compared with that of roasted coffee, tea is diluted more than coffee for drinking. The average caffeine content of a tea beverage in the United States is about 30-45 mg / cup, while that of a coffee beverage is about 60-129 mg / cup. Thus, adverse effects of caffeine from tea on bone density less than coffee.

Beneficial effects of tea on bone density obtained from isoflavanoid content. Besides being an antioxidant, isoflavanoid also has the effect of estrogen. The hormone estrogen is a hormone that has a function in maintaining bone density. Post-menopausal women have high risk for osteoporosis because of decreased estrogen production. Isoflavanoid can function as estrogen replacement can prevent osteoporosis. Besides containing flavonoids, tea also contains catechins. These substances can stimulate the cells which responsible for repairing bone cells. This substance stimulates the cells through estrogen receptors.

Tea not only contains substances that stimulate repair function of bone cells. These drinks also contain fluoride. As we know, this substance is a substance that serves to strengthen bones and teeth.

Apparently, the tea can prevent osteoporosis through various mechanisms. Content of substances in tea are beneficial for maintaining bone density. In addition to preventing osteoporosis, these substances would also have many other benefits such as preventing cancer. In fact, there are several studies that show that tea extracts have the effect of antibiotics and antifungal. One topic that is often discussed is the effect of tea tree oil to treat toenail fungus.

Compared soft drink drinking culture, tea drinking culture would have been better. Let us preserve the culture of tea drinking to stay healthy!

Get tickets through the internet

Enjoying leisure time on the weekend with a concert of music is very enjoyable. Soft music can ease the fatigue that attacks us for a week. This weekend, there will be a concert of music that is very worthy to be enjoyed. Music concert is titled World Peace Orchestra, will be held on Saturday October 17, 2009 at Graha Sabha Pramana GMU. The concert features several international musicians such as percussionist Steve Thornton and saxophonist Joe Rosenberg.

In addition to showing the international musicians, the concert also features several local musicians, like Krisdayanti and Dewa Bujana. The concert will be led by Dwiki Dharmawan. I think the concert will be very interesting. Because I just saw the announcement on the street, I did not get to see the announcement in detail. I do not know where I can get these tickets. I also do not know how much the ticket price.

At the time I was confused in the search for tickets to watch the World Peace Orchestra, I am trying to find tickets through the internet. I found a website that provides a variety of tickets. Website is In addition to providing music concert tickets, they also provide sports tickets and stadium tickets. After seeing the list of available tickets, I am very interested to get 3 tickets, they are Notre Dame Stadium Tickets, Rosemont Theater Tickets, and Soldier Field Tickets. I am really satisfied with the information provided by this website. They were fully informing about the events held.

Experience in Hunting Cheap Tickets

Cheap goods would be much hunted. I am among those who enjoy hunting goods cheaper. I prefer to wait until a promo so they can get a discount. Sometimes, I am also looking for cheap goods through friends. The best bargains are often hunted cheap tickets. There are many experiences in getting cheap tickets, even free.

1. Hunting for cheap theater tickets.

This story begins when I was in high school. I have a friend who lived near the Mataram Theater. My friend has a special access to get a cheap ticket. In fact, he often went theater without a ticket. To get the cheap tickets, I often ask my friend for help. If lucky, we could enter the theater for free. How do I get cheap tickets at other theater? I've read that there are websites that provide Rosemont Theater Tickets with a very low price.

2. Hunting stadium tickets.

My friend also has known the officer Mandala Krida stadium. He often watches the game at the stadium without tickets. If he is not lucky, he could get a cheap ticket to enter the stadium. To get stadium tickets in other country, I also saw a website that provides Notre Dame Stadium Tickets at affordable prices. Notre Dame Stadium is a stadium in USA which is often used for a variety of football games. If I had enough money, I want to watch the game in this stadium. In addition to Notre Dame Stadium Tickets, the website provides the Soldier Field Tickets. This stadium is one of the oldest stadiums in Chicago. There are a lot of games are played at the stadium. We can watch football, basketball, baseball, or hockey. Sometimes, the stadium is also used for musical performances. I would love to have friends who want to give me music concert tickets.

Nggak Belajar Pretes

Pretes belajar apa?

Waktu pun menunjukkan pukul 08.30.

10 Mistakes Made in Clinical Rotations

This morning, when I check email, I get an email notification from Medscape. Apparently there is a new topic in the forum. Discussion deals with the 10 mistakes made in the Clinical Rotations to be avoided by a medical student. Topic is preceded by an article from Kendra Campbell, a medical student who was on duty in Emergency Medicine. Hopefully we do not make these mistakes when we are in Clinical Rotations!

1. Arguing with a patient.
This is an exercise in futility, and is very unprofessional.

2. Reporting a physical finding without actually observing it.
I've even seen a student get in trouble for documenting a physical finding on a patient who had been discharged already.

3. Pimping your resident or attending.
Med school is similar to the military when it comes to respecting your place in the chain of command. Attendings pimp residents and med students. Residents pimp med students. Thou shalt not pimp up the chain.

4. Disrespecting the nurses.
Seriously, this is a huge no-no. If you want to make your life miserable, make the nurses hate you. If you want to enjoy your time at the hospital, befriend every nurse you meet.

5. Dressing inappropriately.
I've seen this rule broken many times, and yet it never fails to shock me. We've probably all seen at least one female wearing 4-inch stiletto heels, or showing so much cleavage that you could use their chest to make an anatomical drawing. There's a time and a place for everything, and the hospital is not a place to dress provocatively.

6. Documenting an important positive finding without alerting your resident or attending.
If you discover that a patient has rebound tenderness, or a temperature of 103.7, don't write this in a note and walk away. You must always alert your higher-ups to significant findings, or else you will find yourself getting chewed out for a good while.

7. Showing up late.
This is a particular pet peeve of mine, and one that some students seem to think is insignificant. People notice when you're late. It's unprofessional and disrespectful to the rest of the group. Traffic is not an excuse. Leave your residence early enough to get to the hospital with plenty of time to spare.

8. Performing a procedure without having been authorized to do so.
If the resident walks in on you placing a central line on a patient without their authorization, you will find yourself in deep trouble with the doctor, hospital, and potentially a courtroom.

9. Forgetting you are in a hospital.
This is something that is easier said than done. We spend so many hours in the hospital that it's easy to forget that we are surrounded by very ill people. It's not a high school football game; it's a hospital, people.

10. Being a slacker.
We all have seen students who try to get by with the bare minimum in everything they do. If you want to throw away a ridiculous amount of money, not learn anything, and end up being a crappy doctor, then by all means slack off during your clinical years. If you want to learn a lot and become an incredible doctor, then put in the time and effort.

Touching The G-spot

GMU has a free blog facility. This facility is much simpler than the web hosting facilities. Blog is already equipped with the wordpress engine, so we do not need to install first. However, unfortunately this facility is less publicized. I know the facility when I join "Kampanye Damai Pemilu Indonesia 2009" Seo Contest. At that time, there is a blog that uses this facility and made it into the top 10.

I register a blog with a name "bowspot not a g-spot". LoL. This name is a little weird. Because I forgot my email password, I have to remember that I can open the email for verification. On this cold night, I was only able to open the email and touch the G-spot. It was delicious when writing in blogs that are still virgins. LoL

Swimming can prevent and treat cancer?

Swimming prevent and treat cancer
Can swimming prevent and treat cancer? Based on statistics, cancer is the second largest cause of death in the U.S. after heart disease. In the year 2006, 559.888 die from this disease. Malignancy in the prostate, female breast, and lung cancer occupying the top three most widely attacked U.S. population. From these three malignancies, lung cancer is a disease that causes the most deaths.

Besides being the largest cause of death, cancer is a disease that also cost quite a lot. To treat cancer, chemical treatment, radiation, and even surgical treatment are required. Many cancer patients are trapped by the expensive cost of cancer treatment.

Expensive cancer treatments make researchers interested to seek alternative treatment for this disease even more affordable. In May 2009, researchers from Norway published a study that gives new hope in the field of cancer treatment. They prove that the swimming training inhibits the growth of tumor cells in mice. In fact, the size of tumors in mice trained to swim can be reduced by 64% compared to the size of tumors in mice that were not trained to swim.

In this study, researchers injected tumor cells into mice. Then, the mice were split into two groups. One group was given swim training 5 times a week for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the size and weight of tumors from both groups were compared.

From this research, we expect a controlled physical activity such as swimming can be a new approach in preventing cancer and improving the effectiveness of cancer treatment. Let's swim to keep our health.

Minor Surgical Exam has been passed?

minor surgery exam picture
One semester ago, I took the minor surgery exams. Actually, now that my group is a group of lucky because we have observed by one of the scary teacher but he did not come. We were guarded by a resident teacher selection. Fortunately, the residents are kind and one of them has a name like mine. LoL.

However, destiny line somehow requires me to deepen the minor surgery. I had to deepen the learning minor surgery and allowed to take exams this semester. At that time, I did make some fatal mistake that is ripping the gloves and do not give anesthesia on a mannequin. If it happens in real patient, he'll really feel pain.

At other times, there is a group that was not lucky. They were guarded by scary lecturer. In addition, the professor was disappointed in the residents who accompanied him. The teacher became bad mood. Only two of the 10 people who graduated. One person is the person who got the first turn when a lecturer has not come, one more person is a person who got the last turn where the professor is back in a good mood.

I got back on the exam schedule today. Two days ago, I studied with some friends who also take the exam again. Last night, I also spend an hour to learn to wear gloves. LoL. I think my fear too much. I do not have time to learn histology whereas today there histology examination.

I intend to get into the group's first turn histology examinations. It is certainly intended that I have enough time to prepare mentally before a minor surgical examinations. I also left home at 06.00. Half an hour later, I arrived at the building's histology and saw there were about a dozen people who queued. My class was a little excessive in such cases, the same as the queue event when choosing elective block. The seconds running and the queue were growing. I was not feeling good because it was very chaotic queue. When the queue is opened, I felt was right. Apparently there are 32 queue numbers. I should be able to get a queue number around 10-20, if these queue regularly. Maybe, chaotic queue culture has become Indonesian icon that has not been claimed by Malaysia. I really wonder why the room was full of ego to self-absorbed. I continue to be patient in waiting for the queue number. Until the remaining approximately 5 numbers, I still do not get a queue number. Enough patience to get there. I lunged forward. There are two numbers in the hands of guards. I let my girlfriend take a number. Suddenly there was the hand that almost took one number remaining. Luckily, her hand is not faster than my hands being in the effects of adrenaline. I told the owner of the hand, "Sorry, I had come earlier than you, right? Today I also have surgical exams." She fell silent. Histology exam passed. Hopefully a good result.

Histology exam finished at 08.30. There is still enough time to prepare for exams minor surgery. Around 10:30, the test begins. I got the third turn. When I entered the exam room, I was nervous. In addition to the sense of a little scary exam, there is also a surgical resident who is quite beautiful. One thing that is rarely seen. LoL. All went well but there was one mistake I did, that is my lack of caution in closing the needle until the needle cap was thrown into the betadine. LoL. Hopefully I can pass exams with good grades. Or do I need to deepen the surgery again until one day I would become a surgeon? For some reason, I still do not match with the surgeon, because I was too afraid to see blood. LoL

Is the mailbox still needed?

In the modern era like today, sending a letter is not a primary means of communication. In a few years ago, a letter is one of important communication tool because there are no sophisticated communications tools like mail and sms. Because existing communication facilities are now more sophisticated, the correspondence was abandoned. Is the trend to install the mailbox would also recede as the decrease in the use of the letter? Trends installation mailbox will never subside because of this equipment can also serve for home decoration. Although the activity decreased delivery of personal letters, a house will look odd if it did not put the mailbox in the yard. In fact, the mailbox can add artistic value of a home owned. If we can choose the appropriate model of mailbox, we will strengthen the value of art in our house. In fact, we can also install a wall mount mailbox to beautify our homes.

What is the function of the mailbox when we rarely get a shipment of paper? Do not forget that this letter is still much needed. Telephone bills, electricity bills and water bills are still sent by mail to our house. Therefore, there is nothing wrong if we stay put mailboxes in front of our house. Make it look more beautiful, even the mailbox store has provided a variety of accessories for the mailbox does not seem monotonous. In addition to individual needs, the Mailbox is also required by a company. This morning I opened the mailbox store website at It turned out that the store provides a variety of commercial mailboxes. I think a company would need mailboxes to store various important documents. In addition to providing the mailbox, the store was also providing key storage box.

After opening the website, now I want to put Mailboxes in front of my house. I want to have a green mailbox. I think it is very appropriate box placed in the overgrown yard of flowers. Hopefully, after I installed the mailbox, I got a gift from the Google birthday. Hopefully my girlfriend is also more frequent sending letters of love after seeing the mailbox in front of my house.

Google's 11th Birthday, why he visited my blog so often?

Did you know that today is Google's 11th birthday? I realized it when I visited the demang jogloabang. He showed some facts about Google advantages compared to other search engines.

One unusual thing today is Google visited my blog several times. On a typical day, he visited my blog at most once a day. Why today he visited my notes more than three times a day? Does he want to try to practice how to take antibiotics? Hopefully, at his 11th birthday, Google handed out gifts to the bloggers. What a gift you crave most, if Google actually share some birthday gifts?

Crippling terrorist

tiny terrorist the ratsToday I managed to stifle terrorist which every night disturbing the peace. This incident started because of an incident that happened last night. How chronological occurrence of the arrest this terrorist?

Last night, I woke up at midnight. My laptop is still on. I remembered that at about 20:00 I was writing in my blog about the toenail fungus cure. Since it was a day of sightseeing, I was still tired. I lay down for a while. Warm blanket made me dissolve into a dream.

Middle of the night I just woke up. I went back to writing blogs. Half-hour in front of my laptop, suddenly there was sound, "duump!" All the lights in my house went out. The atmosphere was very dark. Since I was chatting with a friend, I still turn on the laptop about half an hour. With the glow of the phone, I headed to my room at 01.00.

When I was about to enjoy a dream, I heard a noise. I heard some small objects moving. The sound is very noisy. Sometimes I hear the sound of a falling object. I'm really annoyed. Tiny terrorist is really disturbing peace in the middle of the night. Genesis of the most annoying is hairy and tailless creature suddenly touched my hand. I was really surprised. I can not do anything because it was very dark. After that, I'm cool. I let the little terrorist bother me.

Who was the tiny terrorist who broke the silence of the night? Of course he was not Noordin M Top. He is a rat. I decided that I would catch it when the atmosphere was light again.

The hunt began after my breakfast. I was locked my room. Armed with broom, I and my father were hunting the tiny terrorist. Within 15 minutes, the rat was successfully disabled. A broom becomes the victim in the hunt. A broom is now split into three parts. Here are some photos of my room atmosphere after the hunt.

Oops, turns out it's almost 10:00. I had to shower because there syawalan at 11 o'clock in jogloabang.

Alcohol can save patient with brain injury?

alcohol and brain injury
Brain injury is a major cause of death and disability worldwide, especially in children and young adults. In the U.S., every year there are approximately 1.4 million cases of brain injury, 50 thousand people were dead. One of the largest causes of brain injury was traffic accidents. Alcohol is a major risk factor for accidents. Approximately 30% to 50% of all patients admitted to the hospital were still under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred.

Although it was clear that alcohol is responsible for the occurrence of brain injury, there is still much controversy about how the influence of alcohol to cure patients suffering from brain injury. Several animal studies reported that alcohol worsens the patient's condition. However, there are also studies that estimate that alcohol has a protective effect on the nerve. In 2006, several doctors from the University of Toronto examined the relationship between alcohol and mortality in patients with Severe Traumatic Head Injury.

The results of this study are surprising. In patients who have low levels of alcohol in his blood, it has advantages over those who do not consume alcohol. However, in patients who have high alcohol levels, mortality also increased.

This research is still has many weaknesses. There are some biases, such as starting time bias, comorbidities, time of injury. Alcohol is metabolized quickly. Therefore, patients with a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) greater than 0 at the time of injury may be misclassified as having a BAC of 0 at admission because the alcohol in their blood may be eliminated via metabolism. The researcher minimized this bias by only including patients who arrived directly from the scene of injury. On average, patients arrived at our institution within 1 hour after injury.

Time of injury also biases our results. Alcohol-associated trauma tends to occur during the night and on weekends. Investigators have observed an association between after-hours and weekend hospitalization, and increased mortality. It is presumed that this effect is secondary to the presence of fewer staff, the absence of more experienced staff, and larger relative workloads during these times.

Perhaps alcohol-based resuscitation fluids have a role in rescuing patients with severe head injuries. But, we better avoid head trauma in particular by avoiding alcohol consumption. Instead of spending money to consume alcohol, we'd better learn seo (in Indonesian means belajar seo) to be able to seduce a beautiful girl dressed in sexy bikinis.

oes tsetnoc

oes tsetnoc is seo contestI actually understand less about oes tsetnoc. They are two words that really hard to spell. In addition, I also do not know what the meaning of oes and tsetnoc. I check these words in the dictionary but I do not find it. I had thought that two-word name of someone who comes from Russia. Was I correct estimate?

Gradually, I became curious about what is oes tsetnoc. Does oes stand for the Occupational Employment Statistics? I also heard that the OES is one of the independent educational institutions in Portland. But why the word OES is followed by tsetnoc, a very strange word.

I get a clue when I was looking for tsetnoc through Google. I get search results that give rise to multiple domains with the name oes tsetnoc. I predict this could happen because there is a SEO contest. The webmaster will be competing domain that contains keywords oes tsetnoc.

One thing that becomes a question is why they held a seo contest with strange keyword such as oes tsetnoc? This question can be answered easily. Let us consider these terms carefully. What if we read these words from behind? You'll find that the OES tsetnoc can be read into SEO Contest.

Oes Tsetnoc contest was held by promojunkie. This SEO contest with prizes, tens of millions of dollars, but still smaller than the gift of the SEO contest held Joko Susilo. Promojunkie is a webmaster forum. There are some useful SEO tools such as tools for assessing SEO Score, tools to estimate the number of visitors and other webmaster tools.

Competition in this contest will be very tight. This happens because only 3 winners can get prizes. So, although we can enter the first page on, we may not be able to get the prize. In addition, the scope of this contest is also the world. This contest will be followed by the SEO experts from around the world. Are you ready for oes tsetnoc?

Fragrance, Special Birthday Gift for My Girlfriend

December next month, my girlfriend's birthday will be celebrated. I want to give a birthday gift which really special for her. Ring, shirt, or a doll is an ordinary birthday gift. I was looking for ideas. When I read a health and lifestyle magazine, I saw there was an article about Fragrances buying guides. I think a perfume would be a special gift for a birthday gift.

However, I am still confused in choosing a suitable type of fragrance for my girlfriend. I also asked my mother about the kinds of perfume. My mother is an avid collects all things 80s style. He loved to use the classic women's perfume, especially from the Calvin Klein perfume. I also tried to breathe my mother's Calvin Klein perfume . Apparently, the smell of perfume is very seductive. This perfume is very suitable to be used by a wife who wants to seduce her husband. I think the classic perfume is not suitable for my girlfriend.

I went back to read the magazine. On the next page, there is a list of Award Winning Fragrances. The list is taken from, a perfume store site in the UK. The list includes some of the perfume that got Fifi Fragrances of the Year, Basenotes Awards, and cew awards. One perfume that was awarded is L'Oreal Flowerbomb. I also remembered that my girlfriend really likes the products from L'oreal. The magazine explained that the perfume products available at the perfume store site. I also plan to buy it through online perfume store because holiday is over so I can not go to the UK in the next few months. I think this perfume gift will be a very special gift for her.

Noordin M Top Was Dead?

Almost all television was filled with news about the death of Noordin M Top. Since this morning, one television station aired a show about the ambush scene a terrorist nest in Solo. According to the news, this terrorist ambush nest has been made since last night at around 23:00. Inside the house there are 4 people consisting of 3 men and a woman who was pregnant. Noordin M Top suspected of hiding in the house. Shootout is inevitable that killed residents of the house.

This afternoon, the news about terrorists getting warmer because the police estimate Noordin M Top is one of the victims died. Almost all television stations were showing the news of the death of the perpetrator in the case of Indonesia bomb blast. All eyes were on the news about the existence of common fingerprints belonging to one victim with Noordin's fingerprints. All eyes were waiting for the certainty of DNA test results.

News about "mudik" before "Lebaran", the news about the plane's air force dropped, as well as other hot news sunk because all eyes focused on the death of Noordin M Top. Let's hope we do not forget the case of disputes between the KPK and the police even though we are too busy waiting for the certainty of death of most wanted men in Indonesia. May we also do not sink the case of Century Bank is making a lot of people crying because of losing money. We also hope that there is no time bomb that exploded again.

If you wanna make the move
then you better come in
it's just the ability to reason
that wears so thin
living and dying and the stories that are true
secret to a good life is knowing when you're through

black coat, white shoes, black hat, cadillac
yeah, the boy's a time bomb

well, he's back in the hole where they got him living
like a rat but he's smarter than that nine lives
like a cat fifteen years old, take him to the youth authority home
first thing you learn is that you got to make it
in this world alone

now he's gotten out, hes gotten free, hes gotta go, got a car
hes 21 years old he's runnin' numbers from the bar
his pager's beepin' he's gettin' deep in
whatever he can move on in you know that kid's a creepin'

the boy’s a time bomb

tears come from the razor that's been tattooed below
his eye his mother cries she knows that he is strong enough
to die he's rollin' in the cadillac it's midnight sunroof is down
three shots rung out the hero's dead,
the new king is crowned.

[Chorus x2]
ohh, time bomb

Colloidal silver as antibiotics in the clothing

I had fun seeing the health problems that are hot in the U.S. within 7 days. One of the topics that stuck out was Colloidal Silver. I really do not understand what Colloidal Silver was. Finally, I decided to ask Google why the much talked about Colloidal Silver. One article mentions that Colloidal Silver can be used to prevent the spread of swine flu.

I also opened the HighWire to find the relationship between swine flu and Colloidal Silver. It turned out I did not find a journal that mentions the relationship between the silver with a virus. However, I instead found a study on the effects of Colloidal Silver inhibits the growth of bacteria. Research conducted by Korean researchers studied nanosized Colloidal silver solutions are embedded in the fabric. How the results of this research? Unfortunately this journal is not published for free, so we have to pay to see how a piece of cloth could inhibit bacterial growth.

If only a cloth could have an antibiotic effect, this will be very useful in countries that many infectious diseases such as Indonesia. The clothes we wear can inhibit the spread of infection. Hopefully, the scientists also examined Indonesia and utilize this technology.

Math Tutoring on Holidays

School summer holidays has arrived. However, for children 3 grade schools, especially high school and junior high school, vacation does not mean not learning. National Exam will be held soon. One of the subjects of the most feared is Mathematics. So, we are not surprised if it's a lot of math help program.

I also have sisters who were still sitting in class 3 high schools and class 3 junior high schools. In the past, beside follow the guidance of math program, they also have a private math tutor. However, tutors are currently married and therefore could not guide my sisters again. Now, they just follow the tutorial program 3 times a week. In addition, tutoring location is also very far from home, about 15 km. This is certainly not very effective because it is very draining. So often my sister was sleepy when she got there. Especially if there is activity at night, my sister often can not follow these activities. If rain, she certainly could suffer flu because she was rained for 30 minutes. If she can follow the free online math tutoring, she would be more comfortable.

Since this is vacation time, tutoring institutions also holiday. My sister wanted to keep learning. However, it is currently very difficult to find tutors because many people who are returning to the village during the holidays. I also want to guide my brother but in two weeks there are some examinations at medical school. This morning, my friend told me that there is sites online math tutoring. Upon hearing this, I am very interested. Learning online course will be very practical because we do not have to go far. This helps me because my house away from the tutoring location.

How can we have a terrifying dream?

terrifying dream
Today I was very curious about why we often experience terrifying dreams when we are stressed and preoccupied. I also opened high-wire, the site that provides many medical journals. Here is a quote from one of the journals that explain why we can have nightmares.

Studies have shown that various limbic structures are differentially active during dreaming. Maquet et al. used positron emission tomography (PET) and statistical parametric mapping to ascertain which structures are active during REM sleep. Using 30 healthy, right-handed males, they demonstrated that, over three nights of observed sleep, the hippocampus was relatively inactive, whereas the cingulate gyrus and, especially, the amygdaloid complex demonstrated increased cerebral blood flow and elevated EEG activity. Braun et al. also used PET data, with 10 healthy male subjects, to determine that limbic and paralimbic structures are highly active during REM sleep. Amygdalofugal pathways to the right parietal operculum, entorhinal cortex, thalamic nuclei, dorsal mesencephalon, and pontine tegmentum were also found to be activated during REM sleep. These areas, in addition to the visual association cortices, were suggested to function as a "closed unit" during REM sleep.

In terms of general limbic function, the hippocampus appears to be responsible for the processing of "cool," episodic, explicit experiences, whereas the amygdala is active during emotional activity that is often implicit and tied to conditional fear and aggression responses. It appears that the amygdala and its connections with the hypothalamus and lower brainstem areas become engaged when an individual is under stress. This limbic structure also facilitates the organism's efficiency in processing threatening information and quickly initiates response mechanisms to successfully avoid threat. In other words, the "hot" emotional processing system that is activated during waking hours to assist in the detection of threat is also highly active during REM sleep.

From these quotations, we may conclude that the hippocampus will be activated when we're relaxed and having a pleasant experience. In contrast, the amygdala would be activated when we are in a distressed condition. It turned out that the amygdala activation was still continuing when we're asleep. This is what causes terrifying dreams.

So, how to stop a terrifying dream? Maybe we need to stop dreaming and start action, so we are not afraid anymore!

Should we be afraid of leprosy?

leprosy symptoms
If we hear the word "leprosy", it struck some terrible things in our minds. We will imagine a highly contagious disease disgusting. We are afraid to close with a leper because we are afraid of contracting. We also could have imagined would undermine leprosy sufferers until the patient's fingers off by itself which also occurs in diabetic patients.

Our fear of leprosy is excessive. Leprosy is an infectious skin disease. Transmission of leprosy can be through many ways such as through touch as well even through the bacteria that we breathe. However, among other infectious diseases, leprosy is a disease that most low-level transmission.

Some skin diseases journal stated that "from 100 people who are exposed to the bacteria Mycobacterium leprae, there are only 5 people will have leprosy germs in his body. From the 5 people who carry the leprosy bacteria, only 3 people will contract leprosy but is still in the mild stage. Two of them will suffer light leprosy which will heal by itself. Only one person will suffer severe leprosy that requires medical treatment.

Leprosy is not easily transmitted through skin contact such as shaking hands. Transmission of leprosy requires intensive skin contact. However, I have not found a journal that mentions a period of skin contact can transmit leprosy.

Merindukan Jati Diri Bangsa

jati diri bangsaEntah kenapa saya merindukan salah satu jati diri bangsa yaitu bahasa indonesia.

The War Lyrics For Elective Block

the war
Tomorrow is the day when GMU's medical students years 4 will determine the path of his life during a 20th block that is Elective. This Block is a time where we must choose 3 of 22 materials provided.
The most exciting is the limit of each material has a minimum and maximum capacity. In addition, there are certain materials that become a favorite and of course the competition to get the materials will be very strict. However, if you select materials that are less favorite, the risk is also large enough that these materials do not implemented because of lack of number of participants. That means, choosing a favorite material or less favorite materials have same risk to get out from our selection of the materials.
Viewing the facts above, get the front of the queue is the one solution to get our material choices. With conditions, the choice of materials is our favorite. In the case, the friend-friends reactions vary widely. There are somebody who will not willing to sleep because they want to play dota while waiting queue on campus. Some of them want to come to campus in the early days. In my oppinions, the peak is coming around dawn. There will be many students who came before dawn to dawn prayers at the campus, and there are also students who come after dawn prayers.
Yeah, the queuing at the forefront of the solution is for students who want to fight for favorites materials. Then, what the right solution for students who do not choose the favorite materials? Will be queuing in front of the line? Will have to spend the night on campus not to sleep? The winner is who has the best tactical war. But, it is not a war.

The War Lyrics from Angels And Airwaves

The ocean, is on fire
The sky turned dark again
As the boats came in
And the beaches
Stretched out with soldiers
With their arms and guns
It has just begun

Believe, you want this
Believe, I want this too

Why wont you tell me that
It's almost over
Why must this?
Tear my head
Inside out

And the houses
Laid out like targets
With the deafening sound
We watched them all go down
And the families
Now useless bodies
They lay still black and blue
A gift from us to you

Believe, you want this
Believe, Do I want this too

Why wont you tell me that
It's almost over
Why must this?
Tear my head
Inside out

Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh (Believe)
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh (Believe, you want this too)
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh

Why wont you tell me that
It's almost over
Why must this?
Tear my head
Inside out

Why wont you tell me that
It's almost over
Why must this?
Tear my head
Inside out

Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh oh, oh, oh, oh oh oh, oh oh

Broken Heart Parade Lyrics for Aristia Wida Rukmi

I love to listen some emo songs from several bands such as simple plan, blink 182, green day and also good charlotte. Broken Heart Parade from good charlotte is one of my favorites song. Today I wanna give this song lyric for Aristia Wida Rukmi who break my heart into some pieces. It is a broken heart song because I can not finish Kontes SEO Aristia Wida Rukmi on google top ten.

Although this song is a broken heart song, I felt the beat in this song is not sad enough. In my oppinion, it is prefer a hillarious song than a sad song.

Let's sing broken heart parade!

Broken Hearts Parade

Oh-oh, Oh-oh, Oh oh
Oh-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh
Here we go-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh
Oh-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh
Oh-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh
Oh-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh

We got problems, we don't know how to solve them
Everywhere we go, we got some skeletons that follow
We got baggage, you know we're gonna drag it
Everywhere we go, for everyone to see

In the broken hearts parade
And I putting my heart out on display there's no
Masquerade, Just a funeral march for love today
The band strikes up and they're playing our song
Dressed in black and we're singing along, to the
Broken hearts parade
And I've never been better then I am today

Go-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh
Oh-oh, Oh-oh, Oh-oh

You got a question: How do we get it started?
I got an answer: Let go of your heart and
Love it, live it, leave it and get into it
If you wanna start it, this is how you do it

In the broken hearts parade
And I putting my heart out on display there's no,
Masquerade, just a funeral march for love today
The band strikes up and they're playing our song
Dressed in black and we're singing along, to the
Broken hearts parade
And I've never been better then I am today

I used to lie awake at night and wonder when she's coming home
It used to be so hard to wake up everyday

The broken hearts parade
And we're putting our hearts out on display there's no,
Masquerade, just a funeral march for love today
The band strikes up and they're playing our song
Dressed in black and we're singing along, to the
Broken hearts parade
And I've never been better then I am today

March on to the soul
The beating of a broken heart
Stop put the rhythm to fall
To the beating of a broken heart

Insomnia After Drinking Coffee

insomnia coffee
At this time I do not feel sleepy though already late at night. Yeah, two hours ago, I accompanied pipi merah who will consult about the essay with our senior at Citro Cafe. Originally, I only planned to take my friend to citro to meet with our senior. They would discuss about how to use SPSS to analyze essay's data.

At 20.00, we were arrived at citro cafe. Because our senior has not come yet, I decided to accompany her until our senior arrives. Like the guru of Stop Dreaming Start Action suggested, I ordered a cup of coffee. Oops, the coffee was not served when our senior arrived.

Discussion started and I just could pay attention to the discussion while was waiting the coffee. I decided to participate in discussion while was enjoying a cup of coffee. The discussion ended at 22.00.

I arrived at home on 10 pm. But, I did not feel sleepy. It was insomnia attack because of coffee. I think it was time to delay dreaming, so I could start some action to support Kontes SEO Aristia Wida Rukmi and Rusli Zainal Sang Visioner, as joko susilo's slogan, Stop Dreaming Start Action.
